Domestic Shipments

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an immediate confirmation via email. Upon validation of your payment, all domestic orders are shipped, complimentary, within two (2) business days, fully insured via USPS Priority Mail. Additional shipping options are offered, such as Fedex Express Saver, Fedex Standard Overnight and USPS Priority Mail Express Overnight. Geolat’s insurance policy mandates that all items be signed for by the recipient at the time of delivery. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Shipping to International locations

At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Tracking Your Shipment

Return Policy

Geolat has a very simple and friendly return policy. If you would like to return your purchase for any reason, we will promptly refund the full amount of the purchase price for any item(s) returned in their original condition within 15 days of purchase. Geolat does not charge restocking, shipping or handling fees.

Your refund will be made in the form of your original payment within seven (7) working days of our receipt of the merchandise. In the event items are not returned in their original condition, the refund will be at Geolat’s discretion and may include a restoring fee.

Here are the 3 easy to follow steps for returning items to us:

1. Please contact our Customer Care team, by phone, email or chat.

2. We will supply you with an addressed, pre-paid USPS or Fedex label as well as with packing and insurance information.

3. Once the Geolat Custom Care Team has received and inspected your return (generally within 72 hours of receipt) your refund will be issued within 7 business days and you will receive an email confirmation that your return is completed. Please note, depending on your bank, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the credit to post to your account.
